Planning your session doesn't stop at booking. One of the best ways to prepare for your session is a call, text, or email to discuss outfits, locations, posing, and what to expect. I offer welcome guides for all my sessions for additional details!

Picture time
The day is finally here! As we first meet, we'll get to know each other a little more. We'll start simple with posing and continue trying different prompts to fully incorporate your personal style!

Gallery delivery
Within 48 hours of your session, I will send an edited preview to you via text. Most standard portrait galleries will take 1-2 weeks to be processed and delivered. Once the photos are ready, you will receive a link to online gallery!
What kinds of sessions do you offer?
I specialize in natural light portrait photography and most frequently photograph families, graduating seniors, couples, engagement, maternity and babies, and weddings. I also offer a variety of other services including professional headshots and most recently, real estate photography. I'm always considering new avenues, so if you have something different in mind, please reach out!
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Don't stress the small things! I've had the joy of guiding dozens and dozens of clients through their first professional photo session. I'll help walk you through all of the steps of the process from beginning to end!
What if my kids won't sit still?
Not a problem! For young families, I come prepared with all the stops. We'll play games, do interactive poses, and take micro-breaks in between to get all those jitters out. My husband and I have a combined total of nearly 20 nieces and nephews, so photographing energetic little ones are a walk in the park!
How many pictures will I receive?
LOTS! I never have a limit on how many photos I send. I deliver as much as possible, as long as the photos are not duplicates or blurry. Most standard sessions will receive at least 30 images, but there are ALWAYS more. For weddings, I deliver photos of a rate of a minimum of 50 photos an hour.
What should I wear?
That's a great question! A general rule of thumb is to wear something that represents your style, and fits the environment of the location we're shooting in. Additionally, to pair well with the light and airy feel of your photos, I would recommend lighter, neutral or muted colors, free of any bold patterns smaller than a dime.

Where are you located?
I'm currently based in Aurora, IL and serve the surrounding areas. All photo packages include up to 30 miles of travel. Travel fees will be applied for locations further than that.
Do you provide prints?
I am excited to announce that my online print shop is officially open! To order prints, please select the images from your gallery, and the website will walk you through. Orders are automatically fulfilled through Miller's Lab, and will ship directly to you.

What is your editing style?
Your photos will be natural, timeless, and true. A touch of light + airiness, combined with a bright pop of true color creates an effortlessly classic look for you to enjoy for years to come!
What method payments do you accept?
Upon booking, I will send out an online proposal to your email which includes a contract and invoice which accepts card payments and bank transfer. This is the most secure way to do online payment. A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is due at booking. I will also accept the remaining balance through cash payment at the completion of the session's contracted date and time.
